Utilizing 4 different grains in this beer to create one of a kind cream ale that would compete against the Premium American lagers. Using a modified single decoction mashing method helps maintain the delicate color and flavors of this beer.
Tasting Notes: From the nose a hint of citrus with an extremely long lasting head. Goes down very smooth with a nice citrus flavor and a hint of sweetness from the Maize and finishes dry but not cloying.
