Honey was added to the secondary fermenter for extra body and sweetness.
Tasting Notes: From the nose it has a noticeable balanced ginger and hop aroma that is pleasant,following the ginger and hops is an extremely subtle cinnamon hint. Medium bodied and has a slight sweetness from the honey, this beer can be enjoyed in the pint alone or brimmed with cinnamon and sugar to enhance the overall experience!
